What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Cocola Bakery & Pastry?
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the Daily Operations for their specific location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring and on boarding, training, staff development, inventory tracking and cost management, scheduling, restaurant maintenance, and all things related to guiding the ship!
* Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
* Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality management, Cafe fast casual experience is a plus
* Ability to mentor staff and build positive working relationships
* Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to create content
* Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced working environment
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain an upbeat, friendly demeanor in all situations
* Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
*Ability to challenge and inspire the staff
* Ability to properly create and manage the store schedule
* Bi/Multi Lingual is a plus
