Duties
- Mix, knead, proof, and shape dough with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food production tasks such as measuring ingredients and monitoring baking times
Skills
- Bread mixing knowledge a plus but not a requirement
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and packaging machines a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations within the food industry or restaurant environment
