Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to ensure a tidy environment.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and food items while practicing safe lifting techniques.
• Assist with food handling responsibilities in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Support banquet or special event setups as needed, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and guest service throughout all duties.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and handling procedures is advantageous.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting are essential.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and handle manual tasks safely is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
