What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to internet leads and previous customers
- Answer inbound calls professionally
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Confirm appointments
- Respond quickly to new leads
- Update customer information in our CRM
- Build relationships with customers
- Meet daily call, contact, and appointment goals
- Work closely with the sales and management teams
