About Colette and Coco’s
Opened in April 2023, Colette is the first-of-its-kind, members-only club for successful business leaders. The Club features beautifully appointed private offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, and lounge areas.
Within the 40,000 square feet of Colette, Coco’s is a private members-only dining club offering a premier dining experience overlooking Central Park. Coco’s encompasses a restaurant, bar, private Japanese dining room (“Keshiki”) and Omakase bar, a spacious member’s lounge and access to an exclusively curated wine cellar. Our menu is light French fare with Mediterranean influences, executed by Michelin awarded chef, Philipe Orrico.
Summary
We are seeking someone passionate and entrepreneurial to play a key role in helping to drive sales of events for Coco’s dining club. The individual should be able to understand competitor pricing and customer feedback to create appropriate market prices and help the sales and marketing strategy. They will be marketing, selling and coordinating the event along with the general manager and chef at Coco’s.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in event sales
- Has relationships with key event people across brands and corporations
- Passion for hospitality business
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with members and employees
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
Key duties & responsibilities
- Build the marketing strategy for event sales of Coco’s
- Proactively reaching out to brands and corporation that align with the high end look and feel of Coco’s at Colette
- Continue to build relationships with existing Coco’s members who may host events
- Host events to showcase the space
- Coordinate with the GM and chef to execute large and small events
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
