What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Staff, Farmers Market (Seasonal) position at Cocktail Caravan?
Cocktail Caravan is looking for a retail team member to join us for the farmers market season! This role is primarily focused on sales, customer experience, and brand representation at weekly markets.
You’ll be the face of Cocktail Caravan, engaging customers, sharing our products, and creating a memorable experience that drives sales.
About the Role
- Work one farmers market per week (Saturdays)
- Set up and break down market booth, including product and supplies
- Drive on-site sales of fresh cocktail mixers
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
- Represent the Cocktail Caravan brand with energy and professionalism
- Support online order fulfillment and customer pickups
- Learn and confidently speak to all products and services

- Reliable and self-sufficient
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Passionate about food, beverage, or hospitality
- A strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
- 21 years old
- Reliable vehicle and ability to transport market supplies
- Available Saturdays, 7am–3pm (April–October)
