Role Description The Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based at Cocina Consuelo NYC in New York, NY. This role is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and responsible service guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a clean, organized bar area. The Bartender will manage cash and payment transactions accurately, maintain stock levels, set up and break down the bar, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver timely, high-quality service. Qualifications
