At EPS, you’ll combine outbound appointment setting with learning and doing social media marketing for businesses. You’ll work closely with an experienced salesperson, develop your confidence talking with business owners and learn how to create Facebook and Instagram content that helps businesses tell their story.
About 75% of the role involves outbound calling, appointment setting and sales support. About 25% involves hands-on social media training, content creation and marketing projects.

EPS helps businesses with payment processing, point-of-sale systems and social media marketing services. That gives you several useful reasons to start a conversation: helping a retailer explore payment options, improve their checkout experience or keep their business visible online.
Your job is to identify interest and book qualified appointments for an experienced salesperson. Working alongside them, you’ll learn how to ask better questions, prepare for meetings and follow up effectively.
You’ll also receive hands-on training with our Business Toolkit, learning to create, improve and schedule social media content for real businesses. As your skills develop, you can get involved in custom customer marketing projects.
The sales side of your week
- Call business owners using company-provided leads, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Learn about their needs and book qualified appointments.
- Coordinate schedules, prepare prospect notes and support your sales partner.
- Keep conversations and next steps organized in our easy-to-use Relavynt CRM.
- Work toward clear activity and appointment goals, with sales training and access to a power dialer.
The creative side of your week
- Help create Facebook and Instagram posts for businesses.
- Develop messages and graphics that fit each customer’s business and audience.
- Review content, catch mistakes and improve posts before publishing.
- Learn content scheduling, posting automation and AI-assisted creative tools.
- Contribute to customer social media projects as your confidence and capabilities grow.
What you bring
You have at least one year of experience in sales, appointment setting, retail sales or a customer-facing role where communicating well and following through mattered.
You’ll do well here if you:
- Are comfortable starting conversations and willing to make outbound calls.
- Can handle rejection, stay positive and keep moving.
- Write clearly and notice details.
- Enjoy learning technology and have an interest in social media.
- Can work full-time at our Minnetonka office.
Experience with social posts, graphics, video or websites is a welcome bonus. You don’t need to be a marketing expert or know merchant services to apply.
EPS provides sales training, and provides training with the Business Toolkit—including how to guide the creative tools, recognize good content and spot errors.
