Shipping Coordinator / Express Pack Associate

Coburn Technologies is seeking a hands-on, dependable Shipping Coordinator / Express Pack Associate to support our growing manufacturing and shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active warehouse work, freight preparation, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
This position focuses primarily on outbound shipping operations, including preparing machines and products for shipment, building crates, palletizing orders, packaging freight, and supporting overall shipping flow throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare machines and products for shipment
- Build crates and custom freight packaging
- Palletize and stage customer orders
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts
- Package, wrap, and secure freight shipments
- Assist with lap pad production and palletizing for outbound orders
- Coordinate shipments and shipping documentation
- Float to departments where shipping support is needed
- Provide backup receiving support when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Shipping, warehouse, or freight experience preferred
- Forklift experience/certification required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift and move materials safely up to
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
