Job Description: PB Presort Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Shipping Coordinator to manage and organize the efficient flow of outgoing mail and packages. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery to designated carriers and postal services, optimizing logistics and maintaining compliance with shipping regulations. Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and schedule daily pickups with various shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). * Prepare and process shipping documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and postage statements. * Verify accuracy of mailings against client orders and shipping manifests. * Track shipments and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during transit. * Communicate effectively with internal departments (production, client services) regarding shipping schedules and status updates. * Maintain organized records of all shipping activities and documentation. * Operate postal equipment and software for presorting and postage application. * Monitor and manage inventory of shipping supplies. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. * Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Job Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or mailroom environment, preferably in a presort or direct mail setting. * Proficient in using shipping software and postal equipment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite). * Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds. * Forklift certification is a plus.
