YOUR NEW ROLE AS THE MANAGER OF OBSTETRIC SERVICES
Your typical schedule will consist of two 12-hour shifts as a registered nurse (RN) and two administrative days, equating to 40 hours per week.
As the Manager of Obstetric Services, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the OB department. Your responsibilities will include managing department employees, overseeing policies, handling daily issues, and providing direction for maternity and newborn care. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse (RN) by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
- 2 years of progressive nursing experience in which principles of nursing practice, judgment, and supervisory abilities have been demonstrated
A master's degree is preferred but not required.
