We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Executive Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing sales and insurance restoration company. Our company has been operating successfully for 17 years and is now expanding rapidly in the Connecticut market, which is positioned to become our national headquarters. With multiple offices across the country and continued growth, we are looking for someone who can help build structure, organization, and scalable systems.
This is not a traditional assistant role — this is a growth-focused operations position with opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.

ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks
- Help coordinate communication between sales reps and leadership
- Track project progress and follow-ups
- Help manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines
- Assist with internal communication and team organization
Insurance & Paperwork Coordination
- Assist with insurance claim documentation
- Help organize supplements and negotiation documentation
- Track claim statuses and updates
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate documentation between sales reps and office
CRM & Data Management
- Input and track leads within CRM systems
- Monitor pipeline and lead progress
- Assist with lead generation tracking
- Help maintain accurate customer records
- Identify bottlenecks and workflow improvements
Sales Team Support
- Help keep sales reps organized and accountable
- Track appointments and follow-ups
- Assist in documenting sales processes
- Help coordinate meetings and team updates
Coaching & Training Support
- Assist with four weekly coaching calls
- Take notes and document training processes
- Help organize training materials
- Assist in turning coaching sessions into structured programs
- Help develop coaching content into high-value events
