Job Description:
CobbleStone Software’s iPaaS Team is integral to configuring integrations for our clients to provide a seamless flow between Contract Insight and third-party applications. As an Application Integration Analyst you will play a critical role in developing, configuring, and maintaining integrations across various 3rd party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and configure integration workflows between our software and 3rd party applications, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
· Monitor and troubleshoot existing system integrations, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes, documenting decisions and supporting reasons for actions made at each design meeting.
· Evaluate business requirements and communicate any identified project and design risks.
· Document and maintain integration workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications and system configurations for integrations with third party systems.
· Liaison between the IT department and other business departments to provide technical guidance and support on integration best practices.
· Stay up to date with the latest integration platform software features, capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve our integration solutions and existing integration recipes.
· Manage tasks according to prescribed project priorities and provide progress reports on projects.
· Maintain and assist customers with a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Manage time and priorities when working on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 2-4 years experience as an Integration Analyst or similar role.
· Strong understanding of API integrations, web services, and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Hands-on expertise in Workato or related integration platform.
· Workato certification(s) or relevant integration platform certifications.
· Experience using other integration platforms or middleware solutions.
· Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
· Experience using tools such as Postman.
· Knowledge of enterprise architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Miscellaneous:
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Must be able to legally work in the United States, must pass background, criminal, and drug testing.
