Groundskeeper

Job Title: Groundskeeper

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Community Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
• Maintain and operate lawn care and landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, blowers, trimmers).
• Remove leaves, snow, and debris from walkways, parking lots, patios, and other outdoor areas.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety standards and
• regulations.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; report any repairs or malfunctions.
• Assist with minor exterior repairs, including fences, benches, or outdoor fixtures.
• Clean and maintain community exterior areas
• Participate in emergency or seasonal tasks (e.g., storm cleanup, snow removal).
• Performs other duties, as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
