Sales Representative – Bilingual Manufactured Housing
Location: Casselberry, FL (On-Site)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist buyers and sellers with home listings and purchases within our communities
- Showcase homes and communicate the value and lifestyle of Cobblestone living
- Upload and manage marketing materials including property photos and flyers
- Host open houses and community events to generate leads and build relationships
- Draft contracts and listing agreements
- Maintain accurate prospect tracking and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Regional Leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities
- Participate in regional and community engagement events
- Inspect inventory, report maintenance needs, and ensure outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and self-starting mindset
- Organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Available for weekend hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (multi-site coverage may be required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, and Docusign
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
