We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight shifts. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences during overnight hours.
- Wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens.
- Attend to a small Beer & Wine Bar.
- Prepare breakfast for the hotel guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential.
