Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and deliver outstanding guest services during the night shift. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics for management review.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine checks of the property during your shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel’s cleanliness, safety, and readiness for new guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and front desk procedures.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
