As a Line Cook, you’ll help deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes for hotel guests, locals, and your fellow team members—keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Create high‑quality dishes — Execute recipes with accuracy, consistency, and pride.
• Master kitchen prep — Chop, portion, season, and prepare ingredients efficiently and safely.
• Maintain kitchen flow — Work clean, organized, and fast during rush periods.
• Follow food safety standards — Store, label, and handle ingredients according to sanitation guidelines.
• Keep equipment spotless — Clean workstations, utensils, pans, kettles, and trays throughout the shift.
• Support dishwashing needs — Assist with dishwashing tasks as needed to keep service moving.
• Deliver a great guest experience — Plate food beautifully and consistently to match our guest‑first standards.
• Move safely and efficiently — Transport pans, trays, and supplies between stations with care.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English
• Experience is welcome—but we’re excited to train motivated beginners

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
