Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage all front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or special needs with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access to the property, and conducting safety inspections of public areas
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and nightly summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries via phone or email in multiple languages if applicable
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
- Strong understanding of guest relations, customer service principles, and hospitality best practices
- Experience working night shifts or in roles requiring attention to detail during overnight hours is beneficial
