Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate staff to maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings.
• Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in a housekeeping or facilities management environment.
• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
