Director of Project Management

Our Director of Project Management will lead a team responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic initiatives across the organization. This role ensures projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and experienced leader with a strong background in project management methodologies and team development.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 8 years of project management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role preferably leading and/or establishing a project management office.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
