Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Richmond Heights, MO, for the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, expediting operations, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role involves performing regular project inspections, addressing challenges efficiently, and leading teams toward successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management to ensure effective planning, organization, and delivery of projects
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles for ensuring timely material and resource acquisition for projects
- Knowledge in Inspection processes to monitor progress and quality of work
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of resources and scheduling
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
