Cobabe Brothers Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial and residential customer base throughout the Greater Sacramento area.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business with property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, contractors, and homeowners.
- Build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Visit job sites and customer locations throughout the Sacramento region.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.
- Follow up on estimates and convert opportunities into completed projects.
- Coordinate with our service and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Outside sales experience (home services, plumbing, HVAC, construction, restoration, or related industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- CRM experience is a plus.
