School Nurse - Scott Middle School
The Coatesville Area School District is seeking a PA Certified School Nurse for the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications: PA School Nurse K-12 Certification. If a PA School Nurse certicate has not yet been obtained, then an RN is required with proof of enrollment in a program to obtain the certificate. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical attention/service assistance to students and conduct annual mandates working in a diverse environment.
Must demonstrate work related experience with parents, students and teachers and have the ability to work as part of a cohesive education team. Candidate must be able to follow specific medically prescribed accommodations. Must have the ability to communicate and maintain accurate daily logs and records of a child's daily progress if necessary. Must be caring, nurturing, and willing to display a good work ethic to ensure all medial needs are met.
External Candidates must upload required clearances. This includes the Act 34 (State Criminal Clearance), Act 151 (Child Abuse) and Act 114 (FBI Clearance). All Clearances must be within 1 year of application date. Candidates not providing updated clearances will not be considered for employment
