We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labors to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operations within our PIPE YARD facility. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
- Support machine operators and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
