Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Coordinator to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all documentation related to projects and operations.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify documentation requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Train staff on documentation processes and best practices.
  • Handle document revisions and ensure proper version control.
  • Perform regular reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in document management or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to documentation is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You should be proficient in:

  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • Microsoft Excel
