Training Specialist
Coastline Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic and collaborative Training Specialist to support employee development and organizational success. This role is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that support onboarding, professional growth, and operational excellence across the Credit Union.

Essential Duties include:
- Develop, implement, and administer employee training programs for all Credit Union employees.
- Design and deliver training using a variety of methods including instructor-led sessions, individual coaching, workshops, demonstrations, videos, and digital learning tools.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training related to procedures, products and services, member excellence, sales skills, and refresher courses.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials including manuals, guides, reference guides, AI platform and digital resources.
- Manage and administer the Credit Union’s Learning Management System (LMS) including planning, tracking and coordinating annual compliance training.
- Collaborate with departments to identify organizational training needs and recommend learning strategies that support employee growth and performance improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in utilizing training technology platforms to develop instructional videos and training content/materials for internal platforms.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and engage employees at all levels.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, credit union and/or training required. Thorough knowledge of credit union products and services preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development or related field preferred.
