Customer Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Coastline Consulting is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to support residential customers. This Customer Sales Associate role combines customer service and sales, giving each Customer Sales Associate the opportunity to build a long-term career in residential sales.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will work directly with residential customers, develop sales skills, and provide solutions that improve their everyday services. This Customer Sales Associate position is ideal for individuals looking to grow in a sales-focused environment while working in-person with customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate

• You will meet with residential customers to discuss services and identify sales opportunities
• Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service inquiries while driving sales
• The Customer Sales Associate will build relationships with residential customers to encourage long-term sales growth
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activity
• The Customer Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to improve performance and increase overall sales results

Qualifications for the Customer Sales Associate

• The ideal Customer Sales Associate has strong communication skills and an interest in sales
• Motivated to grow in a residential sales environment
• Can adapt quickly and contribute to team sales goals
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
