Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spray Technician based in Longs, SC. The Spray Technician will be responsible for applying coating solutions to HVAC equipment with precision and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include preparing and cleaning equipment surfaces, using specialized tools to spray protective coatings, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also includes maintaining tools and equipment, as well as supporting team members to achieve project timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in spraying techniques, coatings application, and using spray equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Understanding safety protocols and maintaining adherence to operational safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on time management
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including standing for long hours and handling equipment
- Previous experience with HVAC systems and coatings is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the work site in Longs, SC
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is preferred
