Your Role:

As a Yellow Iron Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and performance of heavy equipment used in daily operations.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and dozers
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and completetimelyrepairs
• Conduct equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and compliance
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical components
• Maintainaccurateservice records and work orders
• Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience working on heavy equipment (yellow iron), preferably in waste, construction, or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues independently
• Experience with brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor environments andlift upto 50 lbs
