We are looking for a Patient service technician to join our team and provide home health services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing medical equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and educating clients on proper use of the equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working with a variety of medical equipment, and have a thorough understanding of home health safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment in the home.
- Perform preventative maintenance on medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with medical equipment.
- Train patients and caregivers on the proper use of medical equipment.
- Provide technical support to patients and caregivers regarding medical equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
