💰 Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 base salary (flexible based on experience) bonus potential
Job Details
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial and agricultural construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage both the technical complexity (concrete, steel, mechanical systems) and the day-to-day execution of projects in active environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Serve as the primary client contact and lead project meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Identify risks early and drive solutions
- Manage project closeout, documentation, and turnover
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in industrial, agricultural, or heavy construction
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Structural concrete (cast-in-place or slip-form)
- Steel erection or millwright work
- Mechanical systems or conveyor installation
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and financial tracking
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
