We’re hiring a Field Operations Technician at Coastal Shield Window
Coastal Shield Window is a small, family-owned company based in Mount Pleasant specializing in high-quality window and door replacement designed for the Lowcountry climate.
As our business grows, we’re looking for someone reliable to work directly with the owner helping support installs, jobsite logistics, and material coordination.
This isn’t a big corporate crew job. We run a small team and take a lot of pride in doing things the right way.
This role involves:
- assisting with window and door installation projects
- staging materials and tools on job sites
- picking up materials from suppliers when needed
- helping protect and maintain customers’ homes during installs
- supporting subcontractor installers and helping keep jobs organized
What we’re looking for:
- strong work ethic
- punctual and reliable
- attention to detail
- respectful working in customers’ homes
- comfortable with physical work and lifting materials over 50 lbs
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder
- Able to read a tape measure
Construction experience is helpful but not required. Attitude and reliability matter more.
Details
Part-time to start (15–25 hrs/week)
$23–25/hr depending on experience
