Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning in residential homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain high cleaning standards
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Travel to client homes throughout the Wilmington area
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working around pets
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right person
