Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism
- Plan, schedule, and oversee single-family residential electrical projects from start to completion
- Coordinate labor, materials, and timelines to meet project requirements and budgets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality
- Ensure all electrical work meets NEC, North Carolina codes, and company quality standards
- Conduct jobsite inspections and correct deficiencies as needed
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients
- Address customer questions, concerns, and project updates
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to electricians
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and operation of residential electrical systems
- Stay current on code updates, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Conduct regular safety meetings and jobsite safety audits
- Ensure safe work practices across all residential projects
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure job readiness
- Maintain accurate inventory, usage, and expense records
- Identify training needs and support skill development within the team
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new electricians
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, permits, inspections, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Specific Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in single-family residential electrical work
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, NEC, and North Carolina codes
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, confined spaces, and at heights
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions common to coastal North Carolina
- Sufficient vision, hearing, and communication ability to perform job duties safely and effectively
