Purpose/Scope:
Position ensures that all paperwork is completed correctly and entered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all paperwork is free from errors on all and done in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all of the previous days production is entered and accurate.
- Makes sure that a previous day's sales log is completed and accurate.
- Complete, fax and file all short weight paperwork.
- Communicates with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Deal with all incoming phone calls that come into the office from drivers, etc.
- Ensures that all shipping office is kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Performs inventory, loading and unloading trailers, bill out truck and other duties directed by management.
