Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and responsibility for key tasks, and to staff, to include areas of: inventory management, raw material tracking, purchasing, shipping, creating BOL, inventory management, personal management, office support, forklift, warehouse environment, etc.
Schedule: Monday-Friday- 6:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. with opportunities for overtime.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Operate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Google Sheets, and SAP system
- RF Scanner
- Ability to update inventory in current system
- Manage incoming orders and raw material tracking, to include BOL, paperwork, and label printing for both logistics use (truckers) and operator use (logistics and operations)
- Support Office manager in daily tasks.
- Assist with inventory audits
- Perform Receptionist/Administrative support
- Perform clerical functions incidental to administrative activities.
- Support HR management with importing/exporting new hires.
- Serve as the office Customer Service Specialist
- Professional interaction with customers and employees through all facets of communication, such as but not limited to, in person, email, etc..
- Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed
- Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
- HR duty support for new hires, to include file management, and interface with benefits management.
- Coordinate and track safety training. Paperwork must be checked, filled out properly and filed correctly training class and pass competency exam.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate well with teammates, supervisors, customers, management, etc...through various mediums.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly
- Associate Administrative degree desired, but not required (with sufficient experience).
- One year of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular focus on spreadsheet creation and management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail. Being organized and paying attention to procedures and details is vital to being successful with the company.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Must speak fluent English
- Regular attendance is expected.
Minimum Job Requirements: 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.; stable work history with good references from past employers; pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
