Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, staying updated on market trends, and providing exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Familiarity with San Diego’s real estate market is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technology in the real estate process
