$60,000 – $75,000 base salary

🔨 What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day operations on active construction sites
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules
- Ensure builds stay on time, on budget, and on spec
- Enforce job site safety and quality standards
- Coordinate materials, inspections, and workflows
- Solve problems in real-time and keep projects moving
- Report progress directly to leadership
(Foremen are responsible for supervising crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of projects.)
🧠What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of construction experience (residential preferred)
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subs
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
- Ability to read plans and execute without hand-holding
- High accountability—no babysitting required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
