Position Overview
We are seeking an K9 Success Team Administrator to join our team! This position is responsible for fielding phone calls, scheduling training program evaluations, boarding reservations or enrichment care days, and conducting check-ins and check-outs for clients in our Southampton, NJ facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with dogs, meeting new people and has strong communication skills. Additionally, the right individual for this position must work well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high-level of decision-making and extreme attention to detail. The K9 Success Team Administrator role consistently focuses on high-quality client engagement, customer service and dog behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Handle an active phone systems, providing prompt and courteous responses to callers
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and document proofreading to ensure information integrity
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and clients effectively
- Assist with office management duties such as organization and maintaining a shared workspace
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to streamline daily tasks
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
