Welcome to Coastal Pacific Dermatology! We are seeking two part time assistants to join our team starting July 1. We are seeking a team that is nimble, collaborative, supportive and our goal is to provide an environment where we put patients first, learn together, and function well as a team.
CPD is looking for part time medical assistants to grow with the practice. Prior MA experience highly preferred, along with use of electronic medical records. Dermatology experience is preferred by not required. Customer service experience is a plus! No weekends and no late nights; flexible schedules are available.
Great fit for pre-med and pre-PA students doing a gap year or awaiting admission to grad school!
Responsibilities:
- Interview patients and document information in electronic medical record
- Assist during minor and major dermatology surgical procedures *great for those who want hands on experience*
- Patient counseling
- Facilitate appointments
- Prepare and clean rooms and instruments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
