- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other treatment interventions.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises, home programs, proper techniques, and injury prevention.
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall function.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide a positive, compassionate patient experience throughout the course of treatment.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.
