Medical Front Desk / Front Office – Murrells Inlet, SC

$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

About This Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Front Desk team member to join a growing healthcare practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing scheduling, insurance verification, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, providing a welcoming and professional environment

Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff

Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage patient billing inquiries

Answer phones and respond to patient questions in a timely and courteous manner

Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)

Ensure front office organization, including supplies and paperwork

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical front office or clinic environment required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably eClinicalWorks

Positive, team-oriented attitude
