About Coastal Legacy Law
At Coastal Legacy Law, we are more than an estate planning and elder law firm; we are educators, guides, and advocates for families navigating some of life’s most important and often overwhelming decisions.
We focus on helping families protect what matters most while avoiding the stress, cost, and uncertainty of probate and aging-related challenges. Our approach is rooted in education, compassion, and clarity, ensuring every client feels confident—not confused—about their plan.
Internally, we are a high-accountability, team-first environment. We support one another, communicate openly, and take ownership of outcomes. We don’t believe in “just doing the work,” we believe in doing it well, continuously improving, and showing up for both clients and our team.
We are also deeply committed to our community. Through workshops, partnerships, and outreach, we aim to become a trusted, recognizable resource for families across Volusia County. We have an office in New Smyrna Beach and DeLand, but serve all of the surrounding areas all across Florida virtually.
If you are looking for a role where you can:
- Build meaningful relationships
- Make a real impact on people’s lives
- Be part of a collaborative, growth-minded team
- And be accountable for measurable results
