- 5 years managing construction projects with scope, schedule, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated nuclear facility construction experience
- 3 years of nuclear facility experience
- Willingness and ability to support graveyard shifts when required
- Lead and manage construction projects up to $500K and oversee Superintendent 2s
- Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), managing budget, schedule, and scope performance
- Present project performance updates to federal sponsors
- Conduct investigations into abnormal events and incidents; assist in developing corrective action plans
- Perform variance analysis and develop corrective action plans for cost and schedule variances
- Lead constructability reviews and interface with stakeholders across trades and departments
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and configuration management requirements
- Promote teamwork and open communication across all project teams
- U.S. Citizenship and active DOE Q Clearance at time of application
- 10 years of experience in engineering, procurement, or construction
- 5 years managing construction projects with direct scope, schedule, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Experience managing construction within a nuclear facility environment
- Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, standing, and stair climbing
- Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and graveyard shifts as required
- Experience leading teams under collective bargaining agreements
- Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Experience using computerized work management systems
- Strong understanding of lock-out/tag-out policies and facility control systems
- Demonstrated customer engagement and issue resolution capabilities
- Recognized degree in engineering, scientific discipline, or project management
- No nuclear facility construction experience
- Unwilling or unable to support graveyard shifts
