- A-Level access required - candidates must be able to obtain and maintain A-Level access at TA-55
- Willingness and ability to support graveyard shifts - candidates unwilling to support graveyard shifts will not be considered
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods

- Lead and manage construction projects up to $500K and provide oversight of Superintendent 2s
- Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), owning account scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance
- Ensure work packages realistically represent the duration and budget necessary to perform work
- Perform variance analysis reviews; determine cause and effect of cost and schedule variances and define achievable corrective action plans
- Initiate investigations into abnormal events, incidents, and accidents to identify root cause and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Present project management performance plans, status updates, trends, and issues to federal sponsors
- Lead constructability reviews of the design process and assess potential impacts to construction cost and schedule
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions, and recommend risk acceptance or avoidance
- Apply advanced knowledge across all phases and complexity levels of construction projects, upgrades, renovations, and D&D
- Apply extensive knowledge of facility maintenance and construction management including systems engineering design, safety/authorization basis, configuration management, work control, and facility control systems
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements across all trades
- Apply extensive knowledge of work hazards, safety practices, operating configurations, and lock-out/tag-out policies
- Interpret physical, mechanical, and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Establish and maintain strong customer engagement and interface effectively with program, project, and line management
- Provide personal leadership on health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Promote open communication to develop mutual trust and teamwork across all project stakeholders
- Utilize computerized work management systems to maintain and track job activities, coordinate materials, and manage equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers

- 10 years of work experience with 5 years in at least one of the following: engineering, procurement, or construction
- Advanced experience managing construction projects including proactive scope, schedule, and budget management with EVMS
- Extensive knowledge of facility maintenance and construction management including configuration management, work control, and facility control systems
- Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation strategies, and corrective action planning
- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements related to all trades
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and physical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including reporting to senior management and regulatory inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computerized work management systems
