We are an established holistic medical and wellness office that has a position for a DYNAMIC Case Manager. This candidate is health minded, has promo experience, is extroverted, can connect with people, loves to help educate and empower people to live active healthy lives, go-getter is a must!!! Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology a plus. Sales and marketing experience extremely helpful.
Job Description includes:
The position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail. If you do not have attention on your own health, please do not apply as we 'walk what we talk' and want to be leading this wellness revolution by example.Typical hours are 8:00 to 6 pm four days a week and 8:00 to noon on the fifth day. Position will include complete training and apprenticeship to our programs, as well as benefits from working in a wellness office.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Taking a Patient Health History
-Review Recommended Care Plans
-Present Financial Plans-Follow-up Assessments
