Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Ridgeland, SC, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. Daily tasks will include writing and curating content, developing and optimizing social media campaigns, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating with other team members to drive brand awareness and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and campaign performance
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model
- Knowledge of the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
