Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop maintenance crews and Team Leaders.
- Manage labor budgets, efficiency, productivity, and daily scheduling.
- Ensure quality standards are met across all assigned properties.
- Support client satisfaction by resolving service issues and maintaining property expectations.
- Promote and enforce safety programs, PPE requirements, and accident reporting procedures.
- Manage equipment, vehicles, trailers, and field assets.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee employee attendance, timekeeping, and payroll approvals.
- Coordinate Workers' Compensation accident processes and safety documentation.
