Key Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from incoming freight safely and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, end caps, and promotional displays according to planograms.
- Ensure backroom organization and cleanliness, maintaining inventory integrity.
- Assist with pricing, tagging, and product rotation as needed.
- Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and in stock areas.
- Work closely with the Freight Lead and other associates to ensure timely and accurate stocking.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on the sales floor.
- Support seasonal and promotional merchandising efforts.
- Fast-paced retail setting with physical demands, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, especially during freight unloading or working in outdoor/livestock areas.
